Frieren anime confirms Season 2 and Season 3 release windows

The anime series Frieren has received official updates regarding its upcoming seasons. Season 2, titled ‘Beyond the End of the Journey’, is scheduled to consist of 10 weekly episodes airing from January 16 to March 27, 2026.

Following the second season, a third season has already been announced and is expected to premiere in the autumn of 2027. While specific dates for the third season are not yet available, it is anticipated to potentially cover the ‘Golden Land Arc’.

The production, handled by Madhouse, will continue to follow the journey of the protagonist through themes of memory and loss as the characters move toward the Northern Plateau.
