Frisian Flag Indonesia launches health program for children in Surabaya

Frisian Flag Indonesia (FFI) has partnered with the Surabaya City Association of Early Childhood Educators (HIMPAUDI) to launch the ‘Gerak Cermat Frisian Flag’ program. Held in Surabaya on September 2, 2026, the initiative aims to promote healthy lifestyles among early childhood education (PAUD) students through a combination of physical activity and nutritional education.

The program features creative gymnastics competitions, interactive games, and educational activities designed to improve physical coordination, concentration, and teamwork. This event in Surabaya is part of a larger five-city tour—including Semarang, Solo, Yogyakarta, and Malang—targeting more than 10,000 children.

Local officials, including HIMPAUDI Surabaya Chairperson Widyani Kusumayanti and Surabaya Education Office Head Febrina Kusumawati, emphasized the importance of early intervention in nutrition and physical development. The initiative seeks to build healthy habits in children to support optimal growth and development.
