Friuli Venezia Giulia launches energy efficiency grants for condominiums

The Friuli Venezia Giulia region has announced the opening of applications for regional grants aimed at the energy efficiency of residential buildings. Starting Monday, October 19, at 10:00 AM, condominiums, super-condominiums, and partial condominiums can apply for funding to support energy requalification projects.

To be eligible, the buildings must consist of more than eight housing units. Partial condominiums, such as those comprising single staircases or specific portions of a building, may qualify provided the entire condominium complex contains more than eight units in total. Small condominiums with fewer than eight units are excluded from this specific measure.

Regional Councilor for Infrastructure and Territory, Cristina Amirante, stated that the initiative aims to reduce energy consumption, improve living comfort, and enhance the value of existing real estate without the need for new construction.
