Friuli Venezia Giulia launches energy efficiency grants for condominiums

The Friuli Venezia Giulia region has launched a new program to provide regional grants for the energy efficiency of condominiums. Starting Monday, October 19, 2026, applications can be submitted for interventions aimed at reducing energy consumption and improving the performance of existing residential buildings.

The measure, established by regional law, is available to condominiums, super-condominiums, and partial condominiums that consist of more than eight housing units. Small condominiums are excluded from this specific initiative. Regional Councilor for Infrastructure and Territory, Cristina Amirante, stated that the goal is to support the requalification of the housing stock while improving living quality and reducing energy use. Detailed requirements and application procedures are hosted on the official regional portal.
