Frogwares Announces New Game+ and HDR Patch for The Sinking City 2

Frogwares released a 12‑minute gameplay trailer for its upcoming Lovecraftian horror title The Sinking City 2. The video showcases flooded streets of Arkham, the derelict fish market, new weapons and monstrous creatures, and highlights the protagonist Calvin Rafferty battling the supernatural.

The game is set for an August 18 2026 launch on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Frogwares confirmed that a full New Game+ mode will be available at launch, allowing players to retain perk points, abilities and items for subsequent runs. An HDR post‑launch patch has also been promised as free support, with development in its final phase.
