Frontiers North Adventures completes Tundra Inn renovation in Churchill
Frontiers North Adventures has completed a major renovation and expansion of the Tundra Inn in Churchill, Manitoba. The project, which was over a decade in the making, involved replacing an aging wing of the hotel and adding 21 new guest rooms, bringing the total capacity to 44 rooms.
The updates include a redesigned lobby, new gathering spaces, and modernized guest amenities such as keyless entry, smart TVs, and bedside charging. The expansion aims to better accommodate the company’s own guided tour groups visiting the region for polar bear, beluga whale, and northern lights viewing.
Lisa-Joy Gunter, President and Co-Owner of Frontiers North Adventures, stated that the investment was intended to improve the guest experience and support the Churchill community.
