Frosinone authorities arrest man for domestic abuse of wife and three children

Authorities in Frosinone have arrested a Tunisian national following allegations of domestic abuse against his wife and three minor children, aged 3, 4, and 5. The arrest was executed by the Guardia di Finanza following a report made via a dedicated emergency line.

The investigation, conducted under the coordination of the Cassino Prosecutor's Office, utilized the ‘Codice Rosso’ legal framework to accelerate the institutional response. The victim reported a pattern of repeated violent and harassing behavior within the household.
