Frosinone celebrates 50 years of Olimpiadi Victoria

The city of Frosinone is celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Olimpiadi Victoria, a long-standing local sporting and community event. The official presentation for the 2026 edition took place at Palazzo Munari.

Mayor Riccardo Mastrangeli highlighted the complex organizational effort required to run the event, which relies on a network of volunteers, families, sponsors, and local institutions. The competition involves historic local teams such as the Aquile, Condor, Falchio, and Grifoni. The Mayor emphasized that the initiative's true value lies in fostering a sense of belonging and connecting different generations through shared sporting experiences. The event also pays tribute to its founder, Father Adelmo Scaccia.
