FS/TEC 2026 conference focuses on restaurant technology

The 30th annual FS/TEC conference for restaurant technology leaders is convening in Grapevine, Texas, at the Gaylord Texan Resort. The three-day event brings together more than 600 operators and 650 vendors for educational sessions, networking, and a technology marketplace.

This year’s programming features a series of Innovation Forums, which are smaller breakout sessions designed to provide more intimate and focused content than the main-stage general sessions. A significant portion of the initial agenda focuses on the practical application of artificial intelligence within the restaurant industry. Featured sessions include a real-time AI application build by Revmo AI and a discussion on using AI to automate staff scheduling hosted by Harri.
