FTC handball club begins test matches as Michala Møller makes debut

FTC opened its test‑match schedule on Tuesday with a three‑half‑set (25 minutes each) game against MTK Budapest. Danish national team player Michala Møller earned her first minutes in an FTC shirt, while fellow international Anna Kristensen did not feature. The goalkeeper returned to action after a break, having recently declared herself fully fit.

Coach Jesper Jensen used the match to distribute playing time across the squad and evaluate new combinations. Former Odense star Lysa Tchaptchet also made her FTC debut. Jensen said the first match is always challenging because players have many questions, but noted that the team had trained together for two and a half weeks and he was satisfied with the progress. A second test match against DVSC Skyline is scheduled for Friday.
