Fête de la Terre to be held in Saint-Martin-la-Pallu

The 22nd edition of the Fête de la Terre is scheduled to take place from August 21 to 23, 2026, in Blaslay, Saint-Martin-la-Pallu. Organized by the Jeunes Agriculteurs de la Vienne, the three-day event celebrates local agriculture and rural life.

Activities include a producer market, concerts, and various demonstrations such as Moiss’Batt Cross and tractor racing. New additions to this year's program include a Prim'Holstein competition featuring approximately 50 animals from eight farms across the Vienne and Charente regions.

The Communauté de Communes du Haut-Poitou will participate with a dedicated stand offering information on short food supply chains, local tourism, and waste management practices like composting.
