Fátima Bosch faces potential arrest warrant in Thailand

Fátima Bosch, the current Miss Universe Mexico, is facing a potential arrest warrant in Thailand following a legal complaint filed by Nawat Itsaragrisil, president of the Miss Grand International pageant. Itsaragrisil has requested that Thai authorities detain Bosch on allegations of defamation and the dissemination of false information.

The legal dispute stems from public disagreements in which Bosch alleged she experienced offensive treatment and discrimination. As the case undergoes review by authorities, Bosch is preparing to conclude her reign.

Carmen Campuzano, a former Miss Mexico, has publicly voiced her support for Bosch. Campuzano praised Bosch’s courage in handling the controversy, stating, “I applaud the courage with which Fátima has handled this and all the controversies surrounding her,” and encouraged her not to be afraid of the situation.
