Fuego y Café gains international attention in Mexico City

Fuego y Café has emerged as a notable destination in Mexico City, attracting international attention from visitors including those from New York. Founded in 2023 by Elisa Moreno and Armando Rosete, the establishment began as a self-employment project and has since evolved into a coffee roasting house.

The business maintains a direct connection to the production chain, working closely with local producers to manage various stages of the coffee bean process. Approximately 95% of their beans are sourced from the Coatepec region in Veracruz, while the remaining 5% consist of micro-lots from Temascaltepec in the State of Mexico.
