Fuel prices in Spain fluctuate amid government discount reactivations

Fuel prices in Spain are experiencing fluctuations during the August holiday period. Data from the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge indicates that the government has been required to reactivate fuel discounts due to recent price increases. In September, the diesel discount is expected to be 20 cents per liter, rather than the previously planned 5 cents, while gasoline discounts will remain as scheduled.

In the province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, specific pricing for Saturday, August 15, shows Gasoline 95 available at 1.275€ per liter at E. S. Océano Santa Cruz and Canary Oil, S. L. The most affordable diesel in the province is located at the Plenergy station in Arafo, priced at 1.389€ per liter. Gasoline 98 is available for 1.345€ per liter at Canary Oil, S. L. in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
