Fuji and Kawaguchi Cities Set to Open New Restaurants

In Fuji City, Shizuoka Prefecture, the soba shop "鐘庵" is scheduled to open in August 2026 inside the ASTY Shinfuji station complex. The venue will be located beside other retail and dining outlets within the renovated station area.

In Kawaguchi City, Saitama Prefecture, the Chinese chain Gyoza no Ohsho will open a new restaurant in mid‑October 2026 on the site of the former Yoro no Taki eatery, near the Aeon Mall Kawaguchi. Both openings are part of broader local retail developments aimed at revitalising station and neighborhood hubs.
