Fuji Holdings implements five-year cybersecurity strategy

Fuji Holdings, a Japanese manufacturer of kitchen equipment, is implementing a five-year cybersecurity strategy to achieve high ratings in the Supply Chain Security (SCS) evaluation system. The initiative, driven by executive leadership following concerns over ransomware, focuses on three pillars: rules, tools, and skills.

To standardize defenses, the company is deploying CrowdStrike's EDR across the organization and utilizing Hitachi Solutions' MDR services to manage operational costs. Additionally, the group is integrating backup systems using Rubrik to protect both core and departmental systems from ransomware and hardware failures.
