Fuji Rock Festival 2026 draws 100,000 attendees to Naeba

The Fuji Rock Festival 2026 took place from July 24 to 26 at the Naeba Ski Resort in Niigata, Japan. Approximately 100,000 attendees participated in the three-day event, with a total of 123,500 including the pre-festival celebrations.

Unlike previous years characterized by extreme heat, this edition was marked by heavy rain and high humidity, requiring attendees to adapt to rapid weather changes. Notable musical performances included sets by The xx, Massive Attack, Kranebin, and Turnstyle. The festival featured a diverse lineup ranging from international big names to emerging artists.

In addition to the musical programming, the event served as a showcase for festival fashion. Attendees frequently utilized eyewear, such as Ray-Ban frames, and incorporated bandanas and scarves into outdoor-style clothing to navigate the wet conditions.
