Fuji TV launches Odaiba summer entertainment event on July 25

Fuji Television’s new summer showcase, “Odaiba Fan Rising ~Enjoy Fun! Summer Entertainment Frontline~,” opened on 25 July at the Odaiba site of the Fuji TV headquarters and will run through 23 August, daily from 10:00 to 18:00.

The 30‑day event features themed zones based on popular Fujitv properties such as the “Chiikawa” series and the drama “Bōken Daisōsasen.” Visitors can explore the “Chiikawa Haunted Forest,” a “Chiikawa Shrine” with a giant balloon, exclusive food stalls, a 40 cm “Super Jumbo Yo‑Yo Fishing” game, and a paid “Chiikawa Water Fortune” booth, among other interactive attractions and limited‑edition merchandise.

Game developer Imagineer is sponsoring the festival, displaying promotional videos for its upcoming Nintendo Switch title “Boku to Tsuri Nikki” on screens inside the event area, highlighting the game’s fishing gameplay and Japanese nature scenery.
