Fujifilm has announced two new products in its Instax lineup: the Instax Pal 2 digital camera and the Instax Link Wide 2 smartphone printer.

The Instax Pal 2 features a redesigned rectangular body with a retro aesthetic, including a physical shutter, a setting dial, and a lever reminiscent of vintage 35mm film cameras. Unlike its predecessor, this model includes an optical viewfinder and a small LCD monitor. It is equipped with a 10.7-megapixel 1/3.06-inch CMOS sensor, a 28mm f/2.2 lens with autofocus, and an integrated flash.

Complementing the camera, the Instax Link Wide 2 updates the previous wide-format printer with a new two-tone design, Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity, and a USB-C port. The printer introduces a ‘Photo Mixer’ function via its app, allowing for automatic collage creation. The Link Wide 2 is designed to be compatible with the new Instax Pal 2 for direct printing.
