Fujifilm Business Innovation to launch AI-powered Apeos C7072 series

Fujifilm Business Innovation has announced the release of the Apeos C7072 series, a new generation of A3 color multifunction printers scheduled for launch on October 29. This series marks the company’s first integration of its proprietary AI technology brand, ‘REiLI Business’, into its multifunction printers.

The devices are designed to assist companies in utilizing corporate knowledge by converting scattered information—such as paper documents, electronic files, and faxes—into structured data. By using AI and OCR technology, the printers can extract specific details from documents like invoices and estimates, transforming them into searchable and actionable information assets for business systems.

Key features include high-speed scanning of up to 300 pages per minute and the ‘Apeos Cloud Extension’ service, which allows for automatic cloud storage and organization without complex system setups. The series also emphasizes environmental sustainability through energy-saving designs and the use of recycled materials.
