Fujii Kaze to release new EP featuring UMI on September 25

Japanese artist Fujii Kaze will release a new EP titled ‘You (feat. UMI) - EP’ on September 25. The project features singer-songwriter UMI, who has Japanese and American roots.

The EP is a reconstruction of the song ‘You’ from Fujii Kaze’s third album, ‘Prema’. This collaboration follows a previous performance by the two artists in Los Angeles in 2025. The new version incorporates new lyrics and vocals from UMI, creating a different expression of the original track.

The EP will include four tracks: the title track ‘You (feat. UMI)’, an acapella version, an instrumental version, and a newly recorded original version of ‘You’. Key visuals and jacket photography for the release have also been unveiled.
