Fujimino and Nogata cities launch free manhole collector cards

Fujimino City in Saitama will distribute a "Kirara-chan" manhole collector card, based on the retro‑game hero from the popular RIKI‑made title "Kirakira Star Night". The cards and matching coasters will be handed out from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on July 31 at the Fujimino Stella East site, with a limit of one set per visitor.

In Fukuoka Prefecture, Nogata City will also give away a manhole card designed by middle‑school first‑year creator KEN, featuring a cat and tulip motif on the cover of a newly installed manhole at JR Nogata Station. The first‑run of 2,000 cards will be free from July 31 at the city’s sewer department (weekdays) or the local multigeneration space “Kokoccha” (weekends and holidays). A second summer‑theme card with lilies and a cat is planned for late August.
