Fujitsu expands VRF Airstage VU-V range with high-capacity units

Eurofred, a distributor for Fujitsu, has introduced the new Airstage VU-V VRF range designed for medium to large residential and commercial buildings. Utilizing R32 refrigerant, the system offers both heat pump and heat recovery configurations to meet diverse thermal requirements.

A key feature of the series is its high capacity concentration; a single outdoor unit can reach up to 22 CV (61.5 kW) and connect up to 47 indoor units. By using modular combinations, capacity can reach up to 44 CV. This design aims to reduce installation materials such as piping, electrical lines, and supports, while saving up to 26% of installation space compared to previous models.

The system includes intelligent refrigerant control to adapt to demand and features five noise reduction levels. It is designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -10 to 52 °C for cooling and -20 to 21 °C for heating. For maintenance, a new service window allows access to diagnostic buttons and multifunction screens without removing main front panels, facilitating easier connection to Airstage Cloud and AC Select applications.
