Fujitsu, Fsas Technologies, and Schwarz Digits form strategic partnership

Fujitsu Limited, Fsas Technologies, and Schwarz Digits, the IT and digital division of the Schwarz Group, have announced a strategic partnership aimed at advancing sovereign digital infrastructure in Europe.

The collaboration will combine the European cloud expertise of Schwarz Digits, specifically its STACKIT cloud solution, with Fujitsu’s technology and industry expertise and the computing infrastructure provided by Fsas Technologies. The partnership builds upon existing cooperation in the retail sector and seeks to create a foundation for future requirements in artificial intelligence and IT infrastructure.

Through joint governance, proof-of-concepts, and coordinated market activities, the companies intend to help European businesses modernize critical environments while maintaining control over their data, applications, and infrastructure. This initiative also supports Fujitsu’s ‘Management Vision 2035’ to achieve sustainable growth through digital services.
