Fukuoka Airport to open TABISIA complex in summer 2027

Fukuoka International Airport Co., Ltd. has announced that the new multi-purpose complex connected to the domestic terminal building will be named “TABISIA”. Scheduled to grand open in the summer of 2027, the 11-story facility will integrate commercial spaces, a hotel, and a bus terminal.

The complex is expected to house approximately 180 shops, which, combined with existing terminal stores, will bring the total to around 280. This scale makes it one of the largest airport commercial facilities in Japan for non-traveling passengers.

A major highlight is the fourth-floor Asian food floor, “ASIYONG”, which will feature 44 restaurants. This area will include seven brands making their Japanese debut from Taiwan and Thailand, offering a wide variety of cuisine from across Asia.
