Fukuoka's Tenjin Business Center II Opens with Junkudo Bookstore and New Tenjin Inachika Food Zone

On August 4, the Tenjin Business Center II complex in Fukuoka’s Tenjin district opened its retail and dining spaces. The Junkudo Bookstore moved to the building’s 2nd‑3rd floors, offering about 2,975 m² of floor area, roughly 550,000 titles, a stationery section, a MARUZEN café, an hour‑lounge, and a gallery.

The same development introduced the Tenjin Inachika South Side food zone, adding four restaurants—Eric South, Frenchman, Gifu‑ya, and Hana Robata—to the existing North Side, creating a 22‑store “Tenjin Gourmet Street.” The project is part of the city’s Tenjin Big Bang redevelopment plan, which also includes office space, a gym for employees, and upcoming fashion and lifestyle tenants.
