Fulbright and FLEX programs announce US exchange opportunities

The Fulbright France 2027-2028 scholarship program is accepting applications for students seeking to pursue master's or doctoral degrees in the United States. The Fulbright Franco-American Commission has indicated that up to six projects may receive funding, with individual aid potentially reaching $40,000. The program is intended for degree-seeking academic paths rather than short-term language stays, and the application deadline is set for December 1, 2026.

Separately, the FLEX Global Program 2027 has opened applications for high school students from participating countries. Funded by the U.S. Department of State and implemented by American Councils for International Education, this fully funded exchange program allows students to spend an academic year attending an American high school while living with a host family. Benefits include round-trip airfare, accommodation, meals, tuition, and a monthly stipend.
