Fulcrum Lithium receives drill permit for Nevada project

Fulcrum Lithium Ltd has received a permit from the U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM) to begin its maiden drilling program at the Dry Canyon project in Lander County, Nevada.

The project covers approximately 45 square kilometers and includes 536 unpatented lode claims. The approved permit allows for up to 11 drill holes aimed at testing shallow claystone targets, which are interpreted to be over 500 meters thick. Previous surface sampling at the site recorded lithium assays as high as 1,219 parts per million (ppm).

Preparations for the drilling program are currently underway, with the company targeting a commencement in the fourth quarter of 2026. Managing Director Scott Keenan noted that the project aims to support secure, domestic U.S. critical mineral supplies.
