Fulfilmentcrowd Acquires Dutch eCommerce Logistics Provider Fulfilment.nl to Accelerate EU Growth

Fulfilmentcrowd, a technology‑focused logistics provider backed by private‑equity firm Palatine, announced the acquisition of Fulfilment.nl, a fast‑growing Dutch eCommerce fulfilment specialist. The deal adds the Dutch company's operations to fulfilmentcrowd’s network, expanding its footprint across the European Union.

The acquisition is aimed at accelerating fulfilmentcrowd’s European growth by leveraging Fulfilment.nl’s strong earnings profile, long‑term customer relationships and high productivity. Combined, the group will operate seven centres across the EU, creating margin‑enhancing scale through cost synergies, technology sharing and higher order volumes. Founder and managing director Robin Gerrits and his team will continue to run the Dutch business. CEO Lee Thompson said the transaction “improves scale and efficiency” and that “we are delighted to welcome Robin Gerrits and his team,” adding that the move strengthens the company’s ability to serve cross‑border eCommerce brands.
