Fundación Club 45 launches literary initiatives in rural Spain

The Fundación Club 45 in Santa Colomba de Somoza has expanded its ‘Otoño literario’ program to promote literature and culture within rural areas. Developed in collaboration with the Dirección General del Libro, del Cómic y de la Lectura, the initiative includes the new ‘Factor 45, Libros Que Nos Hacen Felices’ cycle and the revival of the ‘Ciclo Editores’.

The ‘Factor 45’ project is a collaboration between the Foundation and Factor Espacio San Feliz, led by Héctor Escobar, who has joined the Foundation's board. Throughout November, four authors will visit La Casona de San Feliz and the Foundation's classroom to present their works and engage in discussions with Escobar.

In December, the ‘Ciclo Editores’ will return, featuring representatives from the Milenio label and Colectivo Bruxista. Additionally, the program includes the debut of a reading club led by Violeta Serrano and sessions featuring booksellers from Matadero Uno in Oviedo.
