Fundación Editorial Tuqueque to present new poetry titles in Caracas

Fundación Editorial Tuqueque will host a presentation for two new titles in its poetry collection, ‘El alba ya no pudo negarme’, in Caracas. The event is scheduled for Thursday, September 17, at 4:30 PM at La Poeteca.

The new works include ‘Padre, tengo miedo y espero el alba’ by Cristina Gálvez Martos and ‘Habitar la forma’ by Zorian Ramírez Espinoza. The presentation will feature poetic readings by the authors, along with remarks from Ken Pérez Morales, president of the foundation, and visual artist Leonardo Almao. Critical readings will be provided by Christiane Dimitriades, Yéiber Román, Pamela Rahn Sánchez, and Eleonora Requena.

The poetry collection, named after a verse by Venezuelan poet María Calcaño, aims to serve as a resonance chamber for contemporary Hispanic-American voices, highlighting new or singular poetic traditions.
