Fundación Mutua Madrileña launches youth social impact project
Fundación Mutua Madrileña has launched ‘Jóvenes que transforman’ (Youths who transform), a new project designed to highlight the social commitment and leadership of young people. The initiative focuses on Spanish youth driving innovation in sectors such as health, technology, and social action to create positive societal impacts.
The project utilizes video and podcast formats, available through the Espacio Fundación Mutua platform and major distribution services like Spotify, iVoox, and Apple. By sharing personal stories and values, the initiative aims to provide positive role models, challenge stereotypes regarding youth, and inspire new generations to engage with their communities.
Initial featured guests include Tomás Lóbez, founder of Nixi for Children, which uses virtual reality to reduce childhood anxiety during medical procedures; Olivia Génova, founder of Nataly, a medical device for early detection of postpartum hemorrhages; and Antonio González-Adalid, the creator of COTI, an application designed to improve communication for individuals with cognitive or technological difficulties.
