Fundación Reintegra wins F1 Allwyn Global Community Award
Fundación Reintegra has been named the Mexican winner of the F1 Allwyn Global Community Award during the 2026 Formula 1 Gran Premio de la Ciudad de México. The organization, which has specialized in violence prevention and adolescent rehabilitation for four decades, received a €100,000 donation from the lottery-led entertainment company Allwyn.
The funds are intended to support 80 additional adolescents who have been in contact with the justice system, aiming to prevent recidivism and facilitate social reintegration. The organization utilizes a model where nine out of ten participants who complete the program do not reoffend. Support includes individual and family assistance, socio-emotional skill development, and work-readiness training.
A key component of their initiative is a bakery social enterprise, Horno 9, which provides technical training and formal work experience in artisanal baking. The Mexico City Grand Prix already supports this vocational program by purchasing bread from the enterprise for event catering.
