Fundación Rincón distributes school supplies in Las Galeras

Fundación Rincón conducted a school supply distribution event in Las Galeras, Samaná, to assist students preparing for the new academic year. Dozens of students received backpacks equipped with various educational materials.

The initiative took place at the Las Galeras City Hall and was attended by Mayor Ana Reyes, along with council members Lenin King and José Almeyda. The program aims to alleviate the economic burden on families facing high costs for uniforms and school supplies.

Representatives from the foundation emphasized that the goal is to support education and ensure children and youth can begin the school period under better conditions. The event also served to strengthen ties between the foundation and local municipal authorities.
