Fundacja Renovatio files for bankruptcy after fitness card dispute

Fundacja Renovatio has filed for bankruptcy following a financial crisis involving fitness card subscriptions. The foundation, which aimed to promote a healthy lifestyle, offered Medicover Sport access to individuals who could not obtain such benefits through their employers.

Problems arose after Medicover ended its cooperation with the foundation, citing concerns regarding how the offer was implemented. This termination left customers who had already paid membership fees without access to sports facilities or refunds. The foundation estimates that between 60 and 80 people are affected by this issue.

Media personality Filip Chajzer, who promoted the foundation's offer on social media, stated he also feels deceived by the situation. According to the foundation's president, Dawid Librowski, the organization's account reportedly holds only 3 PLN, complicating efforts to reimburse those affected.
