Fundart holds free 'Sinfonia ao Luar' recital at Project Tamar in Ubatuba

The Fundação de Arte e Cultura de Ubatuba (Fundart) is organizing its semiannual pedagogical recital, "Sinfonia ao Luar," on Saturday, 25 July. The concert will take place at the Projeto Tamar site in the Jardim Paula Nobre neighborhood of Ubatuba, São Paulo, and will begin at 19:00.

More than 30 piano students from Fundart's workshop will perform 26 pieces spanning classical composers such as J.S. Bach and Franz Liszt, as well as Brazilian artists Luiz Gonzaga and Alceu Valença and various film scores. Technical support is provided by Wanderley Alves, and the event includes a performance by singer Mônica Araújo. Fundart President Durval Neto highlighted the aim of encouraging musical study during school holidays and the importance of family encouragement.

Admission is free, and the recital is intended to raise awareness of continuous musical practice as a lasting benefit for participants and their families.
