Brazil's 2026 Winter Clothing Campaign Delivers Blankets in Multiple Cities
The Fundo de Apoio à Comunidade (FAC) organized a distribution under the Campanha do Agasalho 2026 at the Cras Hércules Mandetta in Jardim Noroeste, Campo Grande. Children received blankets and coats; president Adir Diniz stressed community solidarity, saying “A gente nunca faz nada sozinho…”. He also announced a forthcoming delivery of fruits and vegetables to the same centre.
Similar actions were reported elsewhere. The Fundo Social in Caraguatatuba delivered blankets and food kits to the Lar São Francisco de Assis, serving about 87 elderly residents, with first lady Talita Carneiro noting the aid’s timeliness. In Adamantina, the Arara Solidária set up a free‑clothing kiosk from 20‑24 July, serving families in vulnerability. The campaign runs until 31 July, with donations accepted at roughly 80 city locations.
