Fundão to host 6th International Guitar Festival

The 6th International Guitar Festival of Fundão will take place from September 4 to 6 at the A Moagem auditorium in Fundão, Portugal. Promoted by the Municipality of Fundão and the Associação Concordis - Quarteto de Guitarras, the event features a variety of national and international artists performing guitar alongside other musical instruments.

The program begins with Iberian sounds featuring Spanish duo Dos Santos-Pons and the Portuguese group El Quinteto Furioso. The second day includes performances by Denmark’s Duo Petersen & Svit and two Italian groups, Quarteto Mefitis and Quarteto Maurizio Mastrini. The festival concludes on Sunday with performances by Italy’s Duo Lucini-Falloni, Switzerland’s Duo Origines, and the Netherlands-based Trio Robin Nolan.
