FURIA advances in Thunderpick Championship and Worlds 2026

The Brazilian esports organization FURIA has achieved significant success across two major tournaments. In the Thunderpick World Championship 2026, FURIA defeated Aurora Gaming 2-0 in the semifinals, securing a spot in the final against BetBoom Team. This victory follows a recent turnaround after a previous loss to Aurora in the ESL Pro League.

In League of Legends, FURIA advanced through the Worlds 2026 Play-In stage by defeating Cloud9 3-1. The victory eliminated the North American team from the tournament. Andrey ‘Ayu’ Saraiva was named MVP of the series. FURIA now faces MVK Esports in a rematch; the winner of that series will compete against Karmine Corp for a position in the Swiss Stage.

Additionally, veteran player Gabriel ‘FalleN’ Toledo has reached a career milestone of 19 international titles across CS:GO and CS2 following FURIA’s recent competitive performances.
