Fusengbuwa Ruling House sues Ogun Governor and kingmakers

Specifically, the claimants argue they have fulfilled their statutory responsibilities by completing internal nominations within the legally prescribed timeframe. They are asking the court to clarify if the government's interference violates the existing chieftaincy laws and declarations regulating the selection of the Awujale.
