Fusión x Gloria gastronomic fair attracts 35,000 visitors in Peru

The second edition of the Fusión x Gloria gastronomic fair concluded at the Costa Verde esplanade in Peru, attracting more than 35,000 visitors over a four-day period. The final day alone saw an attendance of over 15,000 people.

The event featured regional Peruvian dishes from recognized restaurants alongside immersive experiences and musical performances. The closing ceremony included a special edition of “Fiesta en América,” hosted by La Chola Chabuca, Jaime “Choca” Mandros, and Mateo Garrido Lecca. Musical acts such as Son del Duke, Corazón Serrano, and Hermanos Yaipén performed to close the festivities.

Jaime Mandros, a key promoter of the event, expressed satisfaction with the public response, noting that the goal was to create an integrated family experience that combined gastronomy with immersive entertainment.
