Fusion Wine Bar opens with Vietnamese and American flavors

Tammy Nguyen has opened Fusion Wine Bar, a new restaurant featuring a blend of Vietnamese and American flavors. The establishment offers dishes such as banh mi sandwiches, spring rolls, gyoza, and chicken wings with house-made sauces, alongside items like papaya and mango salads.

Nguyen, who also operates T’s Nail Bar next door, transitioned to restaurant ownership after raising two children as a single mother. After signing a lease in 2023, she managed the process of obtaining permits, purchasing equipment, and training staff on her specific recipes. The venue is designed to serve as a community gathering place for neighbors and friends.
