Futboliukas program opens registration for 18th season

Registration has opened for the 18th season of ‘Futboliukas’, Lithuania’s largest football program for children. The project, organized by the Lithuanian Football Federation (LFF) and the Mass Football Association (MaFA), aims to involve approximately 30,000 children in the 2026–2027 season.

Targeting educational institutions with preschool and pre-primary groups, the program uses a pedagogical concept of fun games to introduce football. This season features updated interactive tasks, a monthly activity program, and new visual lessons contributed by members of the Lithuanian women’s national football team.

MaFA President Ignas Marcinkevičius stated that the project seeks to grow in content and community involvement, aiming to better integrate parents, guardians, and local football clubs. Registration for educational institutions is open until September 14, 2026.
