Futura S. r. l., a small and medium enterprise based in Campania, has launched 4morsi, a new brand of high-quality frozen pizzas and pizza bases. The product line is designed to be both gluten-free and lactose-free, utilizing a patented dough process that combines traditional leavening with modern science.

The brand uses natural ingredients sourced from the Campania and Italian regions, including spring water, volcanic soil tomatoes, and 100% lactose-free fiordilatte. To maintain freshness and texture, the company employs an advanced gradual freezing technique following the baking process.

The initial product range includes a Margherita pizza, a plant-based vegan option with grilled vegetables and almond cream, and various pizza bases. These products are intended for both the large-scale retail market (GDO) and the foodservice/Ho.Re.Ca. sector. The company operates an accredited facility with a production capacity of 1,000 pizzas per hour.
