Futura Volley Giovanisi travels to Cannes for international preseason matches

Futura Volley Giovanisi, coached by Michele Marchiaro, is traveling to Cannes, France, for an international preseason tournament. The Busto Arsizio-based team will compete in two matches within forty-eight hours to prepare for the upcoming Serie A2 Regular Season.

The team is scheduled to face Virtus Le Cannet on Saturday, September 19, followed by a match against Béziers on Sunday, September 20. Virtus Le Cannet is led by Italian coach Marco Fenoglio and features players such as French national libero Amandine Giardino and Chinese opposite Jie Sun. Béziers is directed by American coach Jenna Ewert.

Following the French trip, Futura will conclude its preseason on September 27 at the Soevis Arena in Castellanza, competing in the 18th edition of the ‘Trofeo Bruna Forte’ against CBL Costa Volpino.
