FutureMe Academy launches to assist career orientation in the age of AI

Schlaumeier TV is rebranding as FutureMe Academy, a project based in Hamburg designed to assist school leavers, high school graduates, and students with career orientation and personal branding. The academy aims to help young people navigate a changing labor market shaped by rapid technological shifts and artificial intelligence.

The initiative focuses on helping individuals identify their strengths, interests, and values through seminars, project weeks, and the ‘FutureMe Interview’ with Martina Hirschmeier. This support addresses structural issues in the transition to professional life and higher education. Data from the German Federal Statistical Office and the German Centre for Higher Education and Science Studies indicate significant challenges in this area, noting high dropout rates among university students.
