Futuro Nazionale sees leadership departure and polling rise
The political movement Futuro Nazionale, led by General Roberto Vannacci, is experiencing internal shifts following the departure of former Undersecretary for Labor Luca Bellotti. Luca Sforzini, president of the Centro Studi Rinascimento Nazionale, expressed regret over Bellotti's decision to leave the project, noting that the departure risks losing significant political expertise. Sforzini has invited Bellotti to reconsider his decision or collaborate with the research center to contribute his ideas to political debate.
In recent political polling by Youtrend for Sky TG24, Futuro Nazionale reached 7.9%, surpassing Forza Italia, which fell to 7.1%. The survey shows Fratelli d’Italia maintaining its lead at 26.5%, followed by the Partito Democratico at 22.2%. The Movimento 5 Stelle saw growth, rising to 12.6%. While the core government majority stands at 38.9%, the broader center-right coalition, including Futuro Nazionale, reaches 46.8%.
