Futuroscope Xperiences announces €80 million expansion for 40th anniversary

Futuroscope Xperiences has announced major expansions and celebrations to mark its 40th anniversary in 2027. A central part of this development is an €80 million investment in a new 4-star themed hotel, scheduled to open in late 2027. The hotel will feature 245 rooms, a 400-seat restaurant, a bar, a spa, and a dedicated seminar space including an amphitheater and meeting rooms. This facility aims to increase the resort's business tourism share from 5% to 10%.

To celebrate the anniversary, the resort will launch a series of events starting December 5, 2026. This includes ‘Nuits Magiques’ (Magic Nights), a nightly light parade featuring five floats and 23 artists, created in collaboration with Tetro Agency. The event is designed to run through March 27, 2027, utilizing light installations and live performances to create an immersive atmosphere within the park.
