G Adventures launches Stay Flexy flexible booking plans

G Adventures has launched a new three-tier booking program called ‘Stay Flexy Adventure Plans’ to provide travelers with increased flexibility and cancellation protection. The program includes three levels: Flexy, Flexier, and Flexiest.

The entry-level Flexy option allows for a full refund if a trip is cancelled more than 60 days before departure, with the company’s Lifetime Deposit remaining on file. For cancellations made between 59 and 30 days before departure, travelers can receive up to a 50 per cent refund of the tour value.

The higher tiers, Flexier and Flexiest, offer enhanced protections, including Future Travel Credits that are valid for 24 months and additional pre-departure benefits. According to David Green, Global VP of Customer Sales & Solutions, the initiative aims to reduce traveler uncertainty and provide peace of mind when committing to small-group adventure travel.
