G-Dragon, a member of the group BIGBANG, has gained attention for his habit of consuming truffle mushrooms in simple ways. Since appearing on the JTBC program “Please Take Care of My Refrigerator” in 2015, chefs have noted the presence of luxury ingredients like truffle, caviar, and foie gras in his refrigerator.

Rather than treating truffles as a component for complex restaurant dishes, the singer reportedly enjoys them in modest meals. He has shared that he discovered his love for the fungi in Paris and often combines them with simple foods such as white rice, fried eggs, or potatoes.

Truffles are highly valued edible fungi that grow underground, often in symbiosis with oak or hazelnut roots. They are characterized by a complex, pungent aroma reminiscent of damp earth, garlic, and nuts.
